Welcome to the Healing Hub, a diverse trauma-informed membership platform that offers somatic tools, safe connection, and a compassionate healing community.

Here’s what you’ll find inside:

  1. Monthly 15-Minute Somatic-Based Lessons with Britt: 

    To provide you with practical and tangible tools every month, our founder, Britt, will curate short 10-minute lessons from a somatic-based lens. These bite-sized lessons will cover a wide range of topics, including boundaries, polyvagal theories, and guided somatic exercises. Delivered in either video or audio format, these lessons will give you a taste of what our program is like and provide you with actionable insights you can implement immediately.

  2. Monthly 30-minute Q&A and Connection Call:  

    We understand the importance of fostering connections within our community. Starting in 2024, we will replace traditional "workshops" with monthly Q&A and connection calls. Each session will begin with a somatic practice to ground us in the moment. These calls will provide you with the opportunity to ask questions, share your experiences, and connect with fellow members, deepening your sense of community and support.

  3. New Resources from Our Practitioners:

    To enrich your membership experience, each of our practitioners will contribute one new resource every month, resulting in a total of two additional resources for you to explore. These resources will align with the monthly lesson Britt delivers, ensuring that they complement and enhance your learning journey.

  4. New Kajabi Community Platform and Mobile App:

    We are excited to announce that our community will now be hosted on the new Kajabi Community platform, offering enhanced features and a more seamless experience. Additionally, there’s a mobile app version available for your convenience, making it easier than ever to access the community and resources on the go.

    We will be posting the new monthly content in the community every month for an easy, seamless experience, as well as share it in our monthly newsletter!

  5. Preview of Themes for 2024:

    • January: Somatic Hacks to Overcoming People-Pleasing or Fawning - Boundary Setting
    • February: The Current Rise of Chronic Physical and Mental Illness: Understanding the Impact of Our Environment on Our Nervous System
    • March: The Art of Feeling: How to Process Emotions and Avoid Suppressing Them ("How do I feel a feeling?")

Members may cancel their subscription at any time. Refunds through the Healing Hub Membership cannot be granted. Membership access will be terminated after 9 days if monthly payment is not complete. To resume your subscription, you will have to sign up again to join the Healing Hub.
