Your deposit reserves your seat in one specific cohort. Choose the one that fits your life below. Please read the commitments before you choose, and take the time you need. We would rather you start in the cohort that truly works for you than rush into one that does not.

Weekly live attendance
Live calls are held every Monday from 12:00 to 2:00 PM US Central Time. Certificate completion requires attending at least 80% of live calls (16 of 20). For any call you miss, watch the recording and submit a reflection form by the following week's class.
International students, check your local time
All calls run on US Central Time, which observes daylight saving, so your local start time will shift partway through the training. Roughly 6:00 PM in the UK, 7:00 PM in Central Europe, late evening in India, and early Tuesday morning in Australia and New Zealand. Please confirm your own local time before choosing. Class times cannot be adjusted for individual locations.
Your deposit is cohort-specific and non-refundable
Once you deposit, your seat is held and closed to other applicants. Tuition and deposit are non-refundable. In the case of a true medical or serious personal emergency, you may request deferral to a future cohort, which requires documentation and a $500 transfer fee.
What happens next
After your deposit, you will receive the Body-First Healing Institute Somatic Practitioner Agreement by email to sign electronically, along with your tuition balance options. The agreement must be signed one week before your cohort begins.
